At Ol Tukai, we invite you to experience a truly unique getaway. Originally built to accommodate the film crew of the classic cinematic masterpiece “Snow on Kilimanjaro,” this lodge underwent a thoughtful redesign in 1997 to enhance the visitor experience. Today, it features 80 permanent cottages, each tastefully decorated in authentic African style, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Guests can indulge in delicious meals at our restaurants, unwind with refreshing drinks in our bars, take a dip in the swimming pool, or browse unique items in our shop. Additionally, a lookout tower offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

Nestled in the very heart of Amboseli National Park, Ol Tukai provides an unparalleled connection to nature. From your own private terrace, you can gaze out over the stunning wetlands that lie at the base of Africa’s tallest mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro. The sight is nothing short of spectacular and offers an incredible backdrop for your unforgettable stay.
